Norton Park Phase 3 Design
Bids shall be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, Connecticut 06415 on or before 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 11th 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Norton Park Phase 3 Design 2025-002”. Bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Office of the First Selectman, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, CT. 06415 at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 11th 2025. Any questions concerning this bid may be answered by contacting Joseph Leone, Public Works Director at (860) 537-7288. The Town of Colchester (the Owner) is soliciting proposals from design Firms for engineering services for the site design of the southern half of Norton Park.
