Project Description: Lower Level Mechanical Room enhancements including equipment pads; replacement of all existing Terminal Main Tug Drive Bag Room Steam Unit Heaters with Hot Water Unit Heaters; demolition of steam unit heaters and associated piping; steam piping; heat exchangers; pumps; glycol fill pump; hot water piping; new IMACS IP Controllers and associated electrical power construction; air curtain replacement and addition of air curtains at the Tug Drive Doors; infrared heaters to Loading Dock; firestopping of all new penetrations created; and abatement of existing pipe insulation which contains asbestos.
