Description
The Azalea Regional Library System (AZRLS) seeks proposals for design-build services for a facility expansion of the Steve Schaeffer Headquarters Building, Azalea Regional Library System, 1121 East Ave, Madison, Georgia, 30650. As a result of this ITB, AZRLS intends to enter into a contract with the selected firm to supply the design-build services noted. This intent in no manner obligates AZRLS to any services offered until a valid written contract is fully executed by both parties. AZRLS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to award any item, or total proposal, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Azalea Regional Library System.
