NOTE: This is to inform all prospective Quoters that the following documents are posted: 1) Amendment 0001; Attachment #8, Questions and Answers; Revised Solicitation and Revised Performance Work Statement. The due-in date has been postponed from 03 September 2026, 03:00 PM, to 07 September 2026, 03:00 PM.

Revised solicitation replaces the previous posted one and shall be submitted duly filled in and signed with the quote.

Copy of amendment 0001 duly filled in and signed shal be submited with the quote.

NOTE - PRE-QUOTE CONFERENCE: The information related to the site visit/pre-quote conference indicated in the pre-soliciation notice are no longer valid. Be advised that a virtual meeting will be held on 18 August 2026 at 09:30 hours via Microsoft Teams. A Teams invitation will be provided to the interested vendors e-mail addresses to join the mentioned meeting. Interested vendors shall indicate their interest by submitting an email not later than Close of Business (COB) August 15, 2026 to sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil and Brendan.a.deluca.civ@army.mil. Please indicate in your email the Request for Quotation number/description of services and the name of the company, the address, the phone number, the fax number, the e-mail address, and name of the person who will be present at the meeting.

NOTE - QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: All prospective Quoters are highly encouraged to ask questions regarding this RFQ by e-mail to Sonia.zanobini2.ln@army.mil and to Brendan.a.deluca.civ@army.mil within ten (10) calendar days after the issuance date as identified in Page 1, Block 6 of the RFQ. Answers to questions will be posted to https://www.sam.gov/.
