This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”) to provide open-ended, on-call roadside litter pickup services on MD 4 (from Calvert County line to Prince Georges County line including ramps/interchanges), MD 2 (from Roundabout to Calvert County line), MD 258 (from MD 4 to MD 256), and MD 256 (from MD 468 to MD 2) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop.
