RFP 20231855 Technology Products and Consulting Services with Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to seek for a technology expert consulting firm to assess and analyze TARC’s business and departmental requirements to determine the technology needs. Provide oversight of all technology operations and functions and evaluate according to established goals and objectives. The resulting contract shall be task-order based for a period of three (3) years with the option of four (4) one-year (1) term for up to seven (7) years. The successful proposer shall provide project management services for TARC technology projects on a task-order basis. The contractor may also be called upon to perform analysis and recommend products or processes, or changes in products and processes, in keeping with industry best practices. Finally, the contractor may be asked to aid in the development of specifications and solicitation documents for selected transit technology projects and programs.
Proposals should demonstrate a compelling and comprehensive transit industry technology consulting services.
TARC has identified a desire for upgrading an aging telephone system. TARC is currently using a Cisco UCS v11.5 telephone system and would like to move to a hybrid cloud environment. Details of this requirement may be found in Section 3 Scope of Work and Services.
