Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri Planning and Development Department (Department) intents to study and address the remaining part of Prospect Avenue (75th to 81st Streets) and Hickman Mills Road (81st to 87th Streets). The study will be funded through the Public Improvement Advisory Committee (PIAC) application that was submitted by the Marlborough community.
