Trowbridge Yard Perimeter Fencing Project

Project Description: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the construction of approximately 1,100 LF of chain link fence topped with barbed wire at the Sutter County Development Services Department Road Yard, 2560 Pacific Avenue, Nicolaus CA. The work included in this project and the work limits are shown on the project location map and the project plans. Complete the work within 10 working days.
Liquidated Damages for this project are based on Section 8-1.10A of the Caltrans Standard Specifications dated 2018.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project on December 4, 2024, at 9:00 am.
The work shall be done in accordance with the Standard Plans 2018 and Standard Specifications 2018, of the California Department of Transportation and in accordance with the Special Provisions.
The Bid Book, Notice to Bidders, Special Provisions, and Project Plans may be purchased at the Development Services Department, located in the Sutter County Administration Building, 1130 Civic Center Blvd, Yuba City, CA 95993, telephone (530) 822-7400, between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The non-refundable cost for each set is $20.00; mail delivery is an additional $10.00 per set. To improve public access to contract documents, the County has elected to publish the contract documents on the web-based procurement platform Bonfire.
