Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance, security notifications, licenses, permits, and fees in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements to DESIGN AND BUILD A NEW AIRPORT TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (ATCT) FACILITIES OGDEN-HINCKLEY AIRPORT (OGD) IN OGDEN, UTAH. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates, as described in this Solicitation
