Contractors must purchase Bidding Documents and be shown on the Bidder’s Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder’s Planholder List will be rejected. Owner will receive sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work until 10:00 A.M., December 20, 2024, at 200 E. Cook Avenue, Libertyville, IL, at which time, all Bidder’s Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
