The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), on behalf of the Prince George’s County Planning Department, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to re-write the Prince George’s County Planning Department’s Transportation Review Guidelines (TRG) in their entirety.
