SCOPE: Work to be performed under this Contract includes construction of the Maestas Street Drainage Project construction includes but is not limited to:
1. Erosion Control
2. Earthwork
3. Drainage
4. Subgrade Preparation
5. Aggregate Base Course
6. HMA Paving
7. Concrete Flatwork
8. Site Restoration and Seeding
This project must be substantially complete on or before October 31, 2025. All bids shall specify the anticipated starting and completion dates.
