The City of Spokane, through its Integrated Capital Management Department is initiating this Request for Proposals to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Traffic Data Collection On-call Services. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
