Purpose
The purpose of this RFP is to identify and adopt a rigorous, standards-aligned middle school mathematics
curriculum that supports high levels of student achievement and provides both digital and print instructional
resources, professional learning, and implementation support.
Scope of Services
Curriculum Requirements

• Provide coherent progression across grade levels
• Emphasize conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and application

Student Materials
Vendors must provide digital student licenses, interactive digital learning platform access, print student
editions, and adaptive or personalized learning components if available.
Teacher Materials
Vendors must include digital teacher licenses, teacher editions, lesson modeling resources, assessment tools,
data reporting, and classroom presentation resources.

Shipping Requirements
All printed instructional materials must be shipped directly to the following middle schools by August 1, 2026.
Vendors are responsible for coordinating and ensuring accurate delivery to each site once a vendor is chosen
and student numbers for the upcoming school year are finalized.

Contract Term
Proposals must include pricing and service agreements for no more than six (6) years.
