Description

Requirements:
- Mileage Rate - UNLIMITED for all vehicles
- Exclude HST in pricing
- Please note any ADMINISTRATION FEES or ADDITIONAL CHARGES. If nothing is noted, it will be assumed there are no additional charges or fees.
- Please note one way/drop off fee, if applicable.
- CBRM employees renting vehicles for official municipal business do not require vehicle rental insurance, as coverage is provided under the Municipality’s insurance plan.
- PRICES TO REMAIN IN EFFECT FROM APRIL 1, 2026 to MARCH 31, 2027.

These rates shall be available for:
- Official municipal business rentals; and
- Personal vehicle rentals by CBRM employees.
