Description
The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Comprehensive Tutoring Program for Elementary Schools. Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Monday, September 1, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.
Project work includes a tutoring initiative that will target 3rd-grade students, with an emphasis on 3rd-grade reading proficiency as a critical academic milestone. The Contractor must be able to deliver culturally competent, data-informed, and engaging academic interventions that demonstrate measurable growth in reading and/or math performance.
