SERVICES WILL INCLUDE 1) A FUEL ISLAND AT PHA CENTRAL MAINTENANCE WHICH CONSIST OF ONE (1) ABOVE GROUND TANK (8,000K CAPACITY) ; ONE (1) ABOVE GROUND DIESEL TANK (5,000K CAPACITY); AND THE PHA SAM HOUSTON PAVILION WHICH CONSIST OF ONE (1) ABOVE GROUND DIESEL TANK (8,500K CAPACITY); BOTH ASSESSED THROUGH PHA AT 7300 CLINTON DRIVE GATE 8, HOUSTON, TEXAS 77020 AND THE TWO OTHER OFFSITE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE PORT OF HOUSTON AUTHORITY.
