Sealed Proposals will be received at North Charleston Procurement Department, 2500 City Hall Lane, North Charleston, SC 29406 until 02:00 p.m., Friday, November 15, 2024, for one (01) each 30ft x 60 ft x 14ft Side Entry Storage Metal Maintenance Building. Framing is minimum 2-1/2 in × 2-1/2 in square tubing. Metal will be a minimum of 29 gage painted metal, color of our choice. Building will have three (03) each 10ft × 10ft roll up doors with one (01) each 36in x 80in walk through door. No windows. It will also have a 30ft x 60ft cement slab, per code.
