The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (“CHFA”) is seeking written proposals from qualified firms for the provision of specialized personnel for modernization of business applications and deployment of Business Intelligence (“BI”) and reporting. These services will support ongoing software enhancement initiatives and the implementation of an enterprise-level business intelligence platform.
