Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 West Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (8th Floor), until 2:00 P.M. CDT, THURSDAY OCTOBER 2, 2025, for the follow¬ing:

REPAIR OF FOUR PIPE SECTIONS OF THE EXISTING 72” RAW WATER LINE FROM LAKE MAUMELLE IN THREE LOCATIONS USING EXTERNAL POST TENSIONING

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums and/or project updates.
A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a facility inspection with Central Arkansas Water. For information requests, questions, and scheduling contact Matthew Smith, Engineer, 501-377-1241 or matthew.smith@carkw.com .
All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
