Roof Repair

The Forrest City Housing Authority of Forrest City, Arkansas, hereafter called the "Public Housing Agency" or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Roof Repair until 10:00 a.m., Monday October 13th, 2025, at 690 Dawson Road, Forrest City, Arkansas 72335, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

The scope of work for this project is available upon request.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $25,000 in accordance with Arkansas Statue 18-44-503.

The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.

No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the PHA.

WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE

The Forrest City Housing Authority will not be conducting a formal Pre-Bid Conference. If you would like to request a site visit to view the units to be repaired please contact the Housing Authority office and schedule an appointment.
