The Little Rock Port Authority (LRPA) is making a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from mooring service companies (a/k/a fleeting services), licensed to operate in the State of Arkansas, interested in providing exclusive mooring, repairing and surveillance of barges and freight vessels, and related ancillary services for LRPA. The selected applicant will be expected to provide mooring related services to LRPA and public users of the LRPA dock facilities (river port and harbor port terminals) located along the Arkansas River specifically related to inbound and outbound water borne traffic and freight.
