Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Accenture LLP, to develop and integrate of the EMSCAD system using the existing FireCAD Infrastructure.

Any vendor, besides Accenture LLP, that believes they can provide these Services is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort. Complete the Acknowledgement tab and submit a response in the “Manage Responses” tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx please submit them through the “Discussion with buyer” tab.
