Charter Oak Health Center is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, implement, and support a modern, HIPAA-compliant Unified Communications platform. The scope includes full replacement of the existing Avaya PBX system with a scalable VoIP phone system, integrated call center functionality for 6 agents, and support for 317 IP phones across multiple sites. The project aims to enhance patient access, improve internal communication, and modernize call handling workflows in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment.
