ITB 25-1122 GREEN HILL SOFTBALL FIELD TURF REPLACEMENT

The Town of Madison (hereinafter “Town”) and Madison Public Schools (hereinafter “MPS”) is seeking qualified contractor bids for Green Hill Softball Field Turf Replacement at Daniel Hand High School, 286 Green Hill Road, Madison CT 06443. Work generally includes Removal of existing synthetic turf and infill and installation of new synthetic turf & infill, minor grading and fence repair. All Requests for Information (RFI) related to this ITB must be submitted via e-mail to whittaker.ben@madisonps.org no later than 4:00p.m., Friday July 11, 2025. Final Addenda shall be posted by Tuesday July 15, 2025. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at 12 Noon starting at the Town of Madison/ Madison Public Schools - Facilities Department, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT. Bids shall be received no later than 1:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday July 22, 2025.
