The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to:

1. Confirm Closing Date: Confirm that the closing date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged: 7 JULY 2025, 3:00 PM Central Time. Proposals must be received by this date and time to be considered.

2. Provide Revised Attachment E: Provide Industry with the revised Attachment E - MIL-PRF-26536H, dated 17 June 2025. This revised attachment is issued with this amendment and supersedes any previously issued versions of Attachment E. Offerors are required to utilize this revised attachment in the preparation of their proposals.

3. EMAIL PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Responses to this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Tammie D. Campbell, via email at: tammie.campbell@dla.mil. All email correspondence Subject Line shall reference - DLA Aerospace Solicitation# SPE60125R0312 - Bulk HPH and H70.
