RFP FTB-2526-00492 CalEITC Advertising Campaign

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Franchise Tax Board with creative design and advertising services to increase the number of credits issued to eligible Californians related to California Earned Income Tax Credit (CalEITC), Young Child Tax Credit (YCTC), Foster Youth Tax Credit (FYTC), and encourage taxpayers to use services like MyFTB, CalFile, Direct File, and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). The awarded Contractor will be responsible for developing creative content, developing an advertising plan, securing advertising placements in various traditional and digital media formats, and proposing additional advertising opportunities that align with FTB's goals as detailed in the attached Exhibit A: Scope of Work.

Please note that for purposes of this solicitation, a Mandatory Disabled Veteran Business
Enterprises (DVBE) Participation of three percent (3%) is required.
