2021-GI-17 CDBG SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed Bids for completion of the 2021-GI-17 CDBG SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS project for the City of Sedalia, Missouri will be received at the Office of the City Clerk in the Municipal Building, 200 S. Osage Ave., Sedalia, MO, 65301, until 2:00 PM local time, Friday, May 1, 2026, and shall thereafter be publicly opened in the City Hall Council Chambers. Sealed envelopes containing proposals shall be marked "2021-GI-17 CDBG SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS” and include the Bidder’s name.

A Pre-Bid Conference WILL NOT be held.
All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nations ( enations@sedalia.com ) via email by 4:00 P.M. Friday, April 17, 2026. Responses shall be issued as an addendum by 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

The work consists of the installation of curb and gutter, driveway repair, ADA sidewalk ramps, erosion control, sidewalk, storm sewer and all incidental and/or related work as necessary to provide a complete project.
