Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (¿eRFP¿) is being issued to establish a contract for a period of one (1) year, with four one (1) year renewal options with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide temporary dining staff services to The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia By and on Behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFP.
The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the top three (3) highest scoring responsible bidder(s) or contractor(S) whose bid proposal, conforming to this RFP is most advantageous to the University, price and other factors considered. Please see the complete proposal requirements.
