FMX Work Manager

DODD is seeking to implement FMX Work Manager as the agency’s solution for managing the operational needs of the eight (8) developmental centers. DODD is requesting quotes for an annual license or subscription for FMX Work Manager for 53 users, along with pricing for initial implementation services and employee training.

Bidders are required to complete the solicitation item grid and upload an electronic copy of their quote in OhioBuys. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

Bidder must be registered with the Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and possess an active payee/supplier ID. If unsure of registration status, bidders may verify at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/ .

Bidder must complete Supplement A and submit it in OhioBuys along with their quote.

If Bidder is claiming procurement preference for this solicitation, the Supplier Certification Statement form must also be completed and uploaded with their bid.

All bids will be evaluated, and the solicitation will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency. The awarded supplier will be required to agree to the State’s Data Security and Privacy Terms; however, Section IV allows for negotiation.
