RFQ for Construction Manager-Athletic Upgrades

The Dodge County School District is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) for the athletic renovations and upgrades. This is a 3-part project. Project 1: Concession Stand and Bathrooms located at the present football stadium, Project 2: Field House at Existing Football Stadium and Project 3: GHSA-Compliant 8-Lane Competition Track. Sealed proposals will be received at Dodge County Board of Education until 12:00 pm, December 17, 2024. The Board of Education may request clarification relative to qualifications submitted and reserve the right to ask for additional information from all parties having submitted qualifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all Request for Qualifications and to waive technicalities and formalities.
