Aerial Apparatus

The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for a used or new pre-built aerial apparatus of 75 ft. or greater.  Complete specifications and requirements are provided in Attachment #1: F-4659 General Conditions and Specifications.  Each bidder shall include with their bid the trade-in value the Warner Robins Fire Department Apparatus further described in Attachment #2-4.  Upon award, the successful bidder shall take possession of the stated apparatus at the specified trade-in value.

Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's Ionwave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET).

Bidders are encouraged to present questions for clarification through the Ionwave portal.  All questions must be submitted via Ionwave by Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00 PM(ET).

Submission of a bid shall constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms, conditions, and requirements contained herein.  The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
