FALLSTON PARK PH II - PROPOSED CONCRETE, PICNIC SHELTER & LANDSCAPING

INVITATION TO BID
The TOWN OF FALLSTON will accept sealed bids for the construction of the FALLSTON PARK - PHASE
II project located on 4531 FALLSTON RD, LAWNDALE, NC 28090 (located within the Town of Fallston).
The FALLSTON PARK - PHASE II project includes the installation/construction of concrete paving, picnic
shelter, utility work, and landscaping. This scope of work is in conjunction with a separate contract
associated with this project. The scope of work is to complete the final phase of construction for this
portion of the park project.
Bid Documents:
Bid Documents for the work may be obtained from the Landscape Architect, Destination by Design
Studios, PLLC. All documents will be issued electronically in .pdf format after making a request from

phone number, and contact email.
Request for Information:
Requests for information shall utilize the pre-bid question form included in the project manual and be
directed to the Landscape Architect via email at bids@dbdplanning.com. All responses for information
and addenda will be issued to https://dbdplanning.com/active-bids/ .
Sealed Bids:
Sealed bids will be received and opened publicly on September 23, 2026 at 11:30 AM at the FALLSTON
OLD FIRE HOUSE located at 832 E. Stagecoach Trail, Lawndale, NC 28090 and should be clearly
marked "FALLSTON PARK - PHASE II" and addressed to EMILY SISK, MAYOR .
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bid payable to
TOWN OF FALLSTON.
TOWN OF FALLSTON reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Vendors submitting bids are encouraged to solicit Minority Business Enterprise / Women's Business
Enterprise Participation in fulfilling their contract. The bid should indicate MBE/WBE areas of involvement.
The successful bidder shall comply with all Federal and State requirements concerning fair employment
and treatment of all employees, without regard or discrimination by reason of race, color, religion, age,
sex, national origin or physical handicap.
