The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of responses for variable frequency drive replacement (material only). The Request for Responses (“RFR”) may be obtained by emailing

(noon) local time, Friday, beginning on August 27, 2025. Please do not request prior to then. Please request during the above regular business hours only. No Pre-Response Conference shall be held. Responses will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, September 11, 2025, by email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town.. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening. Award shall be subject to approval of the Natick Town Administrator and sufficient appropriation/funding.
