IFB: Monoosnoc Brook Resilient Redesign & Retrofit Project

Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, Until: 11:00 AM on April 24, 2025 , 11:30AM on May 1, 2025 and at that time and place will be opened and recorded.  Specifications for the above proposal required by the Mayors Office may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 West St., Leominster, MA  01453, or by calling 978-962-3537.  Bid documents may also be downloaded at www.leominster-ma.gov on the “Active Bids” link under the Purchasing Page.

There is a non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting on April 3, 2025 @ 10:00AM at the project site. Please use 17 Mechanic St, Leominster as the address for navigation directions.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept proposals in the best interest of the City.
