DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), on behalf of U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Fleet Management Expansion (FMX) is seeking information on capable business sources to provide a Hazardous Material Storage Container.
SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide a Hazardous Material Storage Container per the below salient characteristics:
- 18'W X 8'H X 8'D all dimensions must be within 1'
- 2-hour fire rated
- Not equipped without explosion panels
- Explosion proof light fixture with LED light independently switched
- Additional R11 insulation
- Wall mounted adjustable shelving mounted to the back and side walls with a minimum of three shelves per section, 14" deep with ยท1" lip
- 600 CFM explosion proof exhaust with indicator light, independently switched
- All electrical for building must originate in an electrical distribution box that allows easy external connection of electrical power.
