Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.



The Government may award the Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract/Purchase Order will be firm fixed price.



The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.



All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
