Notes The City of Lancaster, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, is seeking proposals for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with a qualified developer to design, build, and finance a new City Hall facility. Lancaster, with a population of approximately 42,000, is positioned between major highways including I-35, I-20, I45, and Loop 9, providing an attractive location for future development.
