LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF CLINTON

SEALED BIDS will be received until 11:00am, Tuesday June 10 th , 2025 at the Office of the Town Manager, Andrews Memorial Town Hall, 54 E. Main Street, Clinton, Conn. 06413 at which time they will be opened and read aloud for Winter Road Sand, Catch Basin Cleaning, Septic pumping, Portable Toilets, Generator Service, Alarm Systems, Emergency Lighting, Propane, Fuel, Gasoline & Heating oil, Municipal Waste removal, Portable Fire Extinguishers and HVAC Service Contract.  Bids received after the above date and time will be rejected. Bid Documents are available for download on the Town of Clinton website at www.clintonct.org.

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any, or any part of, or all proposals; to waive informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town, whether it is the lowest dollar amount.
