OSC Entity Risk Assessment and Training Support Services

The Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) has a requirement to obtain support services for the assessment of Department of Defense Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) investor candidates and other designated entities. The contractor shall review seven areas of risk: Foreign Influence, Sanctions Affiliations, Military Affiliations, ESG/Legal Risks, Adverse Capital Risk, Counterintelligence, and IP Theft Risk. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as GFE, GFI, and GFP. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
