Solicitation Summary

The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) is required to meet Federal Motor Vehicle standards and to comply with the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration, and the American Disabilities Act (ADA), to complete modifications and conversions as specified on the Division's Vehicle Equipment Adaptation Prescription Agreement (VEAPA), which is attached electronically to this solicitation as an Excel Workbook. DORS will require the modification of a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Minivan.
