Request for Qualifications - ARFF Station Furnishings

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority is soliciting statements of qualifications for procurement, fabrication, installation and warranty services related to furnishings and furniture for the new Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting Station.

Firms wishing to submit a proposal should email Alyssa Hakanson ( ahakanson@kpsgroup.com ) and copy Jim Flowers ( jflowers@hsvairport.org ).  A pre-qualification package describing the project and outlining the necessary qualifications will be provided to all firms that request them.  Any information received regarding the project which is not in written form by Alyssa Hakanson should not be relied upon in submitting the proposal.

There will not be a pre-proposal meeting for the Project. All proposals must be emailed to Alyssa Hakanson and Jim Flowers and must be received by noon on May 15, 2026.

This is not a request for price proposals.  Proposals should not include pricing or fee information.
