Description:
Interior renovations to main lobby restrooms, existing kitchen into a new teaching kitchen for the HRSM and installation of a new main electrical panel in the exiting gym building. Also includes alternates for the renovation of the gym into a boat storage room and the replacement of the entire fire alarm system in the campus building F. Bids shall be submitted in accordance of hand-delivery or mail service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged.
