Description
Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is intending to procure all labor and materials for, material coordination, schedule preparation, supervision, tools, equipment, mobilization, demobilization, and right-of-way restoration necessary for the installation of approximately 94 miles of underground fiber optic cable and all other work as specified in these Contract Documents. The project work is outlined in three (3) Sections.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on March 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CDT. The purpose of the teleconference will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract specifications. During the meeting, it is the Bidder's responsibility to ask any questions necessary to submit a bid that is complete and responsive. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate in the pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
