316 CES Halon Fire Extinguisher BPA

This requirement is to establish a non-personal services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Joint Base Andrews Fire Department to provide inspections, maintenance, repairs, and service to portable wheeled 150lb halon fire extinguishers on Joint Base Andrews (JBA). This BPA will also include extinguisher recharge services using Government-provided Halon 1211, as well as new Amerex 600k Halon 1211 fire extinguishers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to maintain, inspect, and service Amerex 600 Halon 1211 wheeled fire extinguishers as identified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and per the manufacturer’s specifications.
