Project Description: West Ada School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified public works roofing contractors for roofing capital improvement projects throughout the District. This Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) constitutes Phase One of the District's Category B procurement process pursuant to Idaho Code ยง 67-2805(2)(b). The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of prequalified contractors eligible to participate in future project-specific bidding opportunities for a period of five (5) years.
No pricing is requested or will be evaluated as part of this solicitation. Contractors selected through the prequalification process will be eligible to participate in future sealed bid opportunities issued by the District.
