Harrison Road, Pantano Wash Bridge PDB

The City of Tucson (the “City”) is pleased to present this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to those entities or groups (each a “Submitter” and collectively, the “Submitters”) interested in submitting Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for the design and construction of Harrison Road, Pantano Wash Bridge PDB (the “Project”) pursuant to a Progressive Design-Build Agreement (“Contract” or “PDBA”). The Submitter selected through the RFQ process, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in this RFQ, to enter into a PDBA with the City is hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” or “PDB Contractor.”

This RFQ is issued in accordance with ARS Title 34. The City intends, through this procurement, to enter into a PDBA that will result in cost-effective and expedited completion of all elements of the Project.

All times in this RFQ are Arizona Time. Capitalized terms and acronyms not otherwise defined herein are defined in Exhibit A (Acronyms and Definitions) to PDBA.
