The City seeks a Florida-licensed General Contractor (GC) to perform repairs to the Haddonstone ornamental limestone railing system at Cranes Roost Park, located off Cranes Roost Boulevard in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This includes fifteen (15) railing sections along the lakefront walkway and Cranes Roost Boulevard, as well as associated site features consisting of eight (8) decorative benches within the plaza area and twelve (12) benches on the overlook near the tower, with all work completed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer recommendations, and existing site conditions. *Mandatory Site Visit*
