Project Description: The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with approximately 38,000 students and 60 school sites (36 elementary, 11 middle schools, 11 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna).
WASD is seeking proposals from qualified organizations ("Organizations," "Respondents," "Bidders," "Proposers" or "Contractors") to establish a competitively solicited Master Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Cafeteria Furniture, Installation and Related Products & Services funded in whole or in part by USDA federal funds. The resulting agreement will be available to current and future members of Equalis Group nationwide, in compliance with Idaho Code, 2 CFR Part 200, and applicable USDA regulations, with award to one or more vendors determined to be in the District’s best interest.
