Public Services And Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals for one (1) Real Estate Agents with professional experience in commercial real estate, for the marketing and sale of the Government of Canada properties located at 440-462 King Street West in Kingston, Ontario. The properties are to be sold in “as-is” condition and with recognition of Heritage by-laws and designations. An optional site visit will be held on 18th November 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM.
